    Quelles seront tes missions ?
    Avec le Project Manager :
    o Elaborer un planning projet et en assurer les d lais
    o G rer les budgets pr visionnels et laborer des bilans mensuels
    o Identifier et coordonner les v nements critiques de tes projets
    o R diger les plans de pr vention, PPSPS et permis feux
    o Piloter les quipes & animer les r unions de chantier
    Avec les entreprises de travaux sous-traitantes :
    o Participer aux consultations & d marches administratives
    o G rer et valider les situations financi res mensuelles
    o S assurer du respect des objectifs des contrats de travaux
    o S assurer de la qualit des ouvrages r alis s
    Avec le client :
    o L accompagner dans ses demandes particuli res

    Profil

    Crit res valider...

    • Permis B Obligatoire
    • Dipl me en lien avec la conduite de travaux et la ma trise d oeuvre dans le b timent
    • comp tence en conduite de projets
    • Ma trise totale de la r glementation en vigueur et de la technique du b timent (Loi Mop)
    • 2 ans minimum d exp rience
    • localisation : 45 min maxi du lieu de travail
    • Tr s ouvert des d placements fr quents en France

    • Rigoureux, pointilleux et organis
    • Esprit de synth se
    • Capacit s manag riales
    • Travailleur, impliqu et surtout engag sur le long terme
    • Humilit , envie d apprendre un secteur d activit porteur pour devenir expert dans ce domaine
    • Prises dinitiative, apporter un plus l entreprise qui reste jeune
    • Des personnes qui sont parties de rien et qui ont l ambition d voluer en faisant leurs preuves
    • Exp rience sur un poste similaire

    Package:

    • Salaire: 30-40 k /an selon le profil
    • statut cadre au 39h, les heures supp seront r cup rer
    • 80 de prime par d placement effectu + une demi journ e de r cup ration par nuit d couch e
