    Job Description:

    Comprehensive Business Services (CBS) is actively seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Telesales professional to join our Sales department. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to thrive in a challenging and rewarding sales environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct outbound calls through cold calling and lead generation.
    • Present and promote products and services to potential clients.
    • Develop and maintain a robust customer database.
    • Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
    • Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
    • Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to meet collective goals.

    Qualifications:

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
    • Proficient in utilizing CRM software.
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
    • Capable of building and sustaining client relationships.
    • Selfmotivated and goaloriented.
    • Flexibility to adapt to different time zones if required.
    • Highly organized with effective time management skills.
