    TAM is a Saudi publicly listed company, specialized in digital solutions and advisory services for public and private sector clients, leading sustainable public transformation from strategy to execution. For over a decade, TAM has been the partner of choice for 50+ government entities. Our agility, expertise, and holistic approach have helped smoothen the processes and paths of Saudi public impact initiatives operating under the Vision 2030 umbrella.

    We are currently looking for an Associate Partner to join our Advisory team, who is going to be responsible for full client development journey, shaping strategies and overseeing their implementation, managing and building teams while contributing to building TAM future practices and offerings.

    Key responsibilities and objectives:

    • Builds deep, long-term business relationships at a strategic and decision-making levels with the intention of placing TAM as a trusted strategic partner
    • Build's TAM capacity to drive client impact through knowledge, assets and reach for people
    • Develops business with new and existing clients
    • Enables others to deliver impact on client engagements and delivery high quality results
    • Solving problem with rigor, empathy, efficiency and innovative ways
    • Makes meaningful contributions to building TAM practices, functions, processes & other internal matters
    • Mindful of well being and helps others manage their own well
    • Lives our purpose and stands up for values

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree, Doctorate or an MBA qualification is a plus
    • Innovation and Design experience as Director or Senior Director. Ex-consultancy minimum 10 years experience in leading innovation and design consultancy before.
    • 12+ years of relevant experience
    • Significant experience in a management consultancy on a level of Director or above is a must
    • Solid history of working with Saudi governmental clients in professional services and management consulting is a must
    • Successfully managed multiple and large-scale projects
    • Experience in strategic planning and execution
    • Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
