    Logistics coordinators overseesupply chain operations and ensure the efficient and costeffectivedistribution of goods.

    • ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS:
    • Exports:
      • Exportdocumentation /certification both in Arabic andEnglish
      • Exports formalities complete logisticsfunctions
    • Export& Import:
      • Import formalities completelogistics functions
      • Supplier documentsreview
      • Ministry Approvals online and oncounter
      • Appointing forwarders Identifying thechargeable weight volume and sending enquiries to multipleforwarders
      • Freight comparison fromforwarders
      • Logical skills to identify the mostefficient mode oftransport
    • Payment forSuppliers & Service Provider:
      • PMT / CSTRequest supplier settlement
      • Invoice maintenancein system
    • TrackingReports:
      • Tracking report other ad hoc reports asrequested by the linemanager
    • ProductRegistration:
      • PCOC /SCOC
      • SASO SABER requirements forKSA
      • Well versed with Dubai Customs relatedissues
      • Well versed with Dubai municipalityrelatedissues
    • ECommerce:
      • Orderassignment
      • Export documentation /certification
      • Express exportformalities
      • Logistics Last miledelivery
      • Cash refund from serviceproviders
    • POSITIONQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

      • Must beselfmotivated eager to learn and have the ability to be multitasksin a fastpaced environment.
      • Excellent timemanagement organizational skills and teammanagement.

      • MS OfficeSkills
    • Education andExperience
      • Bachelors Degree in AccountingPreferable
      • Minimum of 23 years of experience inthe retail logisticfield.
