    JOBDESCRIPTION

    • ROLEPURPOSE:

    Due to ongoingimpressive business growth Assystem Radicon are seeking to recruitAccount Manager Digital to work within its established Digitalbusiness unit reporting to the Digital BU Director developingdigital service lines and overseeing the processes alongside ofmanaging the team to ensure the best outcomes.

    our main goal is to contribute to the growth of our business toachieve longtermsuccess.

    • KEYRESPONSIBILITIES &ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    Marketanalysis and accountplanning:

    • Develop and managethe key account plans for prospective and existingclients.
    • Develop and execute a market coverageplan ensuring Assystem is present and active at key industry eventsand that key Assystem leaders and experts are featured and known inthe marketplace.
    • Work with the key accountmanagers and PM team to communicate progress and win strategy fordigital opportunities representing digital at key account meetingsand business winning meetings.
    • Strong knowledgeand understanding of PIFaccounts.

    Relationshipmanagement:

    • Developand utilize industry contacts to define opportunities and developnew clients.
    • Develop and leverage our partnerrelationships to identify opportunities to collaborate andstrengthen our offer to our clients.
    • Inconjunction with procurement seek & foster relationshipswith potential delivery partners.
    • SupportAssystem with Market Intelligence activities and informationsystems including Visit Plans Visit Reports CRM Information SystemsMonthly SalesReports.

    Sales opportunitiespipeline:

    • Proactivelyidentify and pursue project opportunities in themarket.
    • Lead generation and prospecting vianetworking and cold calling to primarytargets.
    • Gather and share key market andspecific client information allowing Assystem to proactivelyprepare for bid strategies before RFPs arereleased.
    • Ensure placement of Assystem onapproved bid lists with strategicaccounts.

    Bids and proposals:

    • Developwin strategies for projectopportunities.
    • Assist in writing proposals andsupport the proposalsteam.

    Support to business growthplan:

    • Close integration withoperations team to align the capability and capacity with thebusiness development and accountplans.
    • Liaiseand communicate with the Sales & Communications team on anypotential opportunitiesgenerated.

    MYPROFILE

    • QUALIFICATIONS& EXPERIENCE:

    Qualifications:

    • bachelorsdegree in engineering or businessadministration

    Experience:

    • Minimum5 years proven track record in a sales & tenderingenvironment within the SaudiMarket.
    • PROFESSIONALSKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
    • Strongunderstanding of the Construction market in KSA such as PIFinfrastructure sectors wider energy industry and overall valuechain for digital transformation similarindustries
    • Proven business developmentcapability
