    Job Purpose

    Providecomprehensive support to the organization ensuring efficient andeffective operations across various Departments within FinanceComplex. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilitieswithin the department which may include technical supportadministrative support process coordination and data management. Byfulfilling this role the incumbent plays a crucial part incontributing to the overall success of the organization byproviding this support.

    Key Accountabilities
    • Focal Point for all theinternational payment.
    • Assist in initiating and follow up on communications with internaland external stakeholders.
    • Assist in preparing and reviewing thereports/presentations.
    • Assist in collating and analyzinginformation.
    • Assist inadministering monitoring and maintaining the divisions databasesand systems.
    • Collaboratewith data management teams to ensure data accuracy andintegrity.
    • Prepare andreview documents related to the treasury and investment activitiesfinancial statements and provide financial/riskanalysis.
    • Assist in tasksrelated to work plan and annual budget and provide periodicreports.
    • Preparing weeklyand monthly reports as requested.
    • Assist in the developmentof overall systems andprocedures.
    • Assist theManager to monitor the payment processingcycle.
    • Focal point for allissues relating toreimbursements.
    • Attendingto ad hoc requests when and asrequested.
    • Follow up on alloutstanding Jira ticket requests to ensure resolution of anyissues.
    • Organize andcoordinate meetings including preparing agendas taking minutes andfollowing up on actionitems.
    • Assist in gatheringand analyzing financial data supporting the financialdecisionmaking process.

    • Additionalqualification or certification in own field ispreferred.
    • Minimum 2 yearsof experience with a Bachelorsdegree.
    • Experience in thedevelopment sector or international organization ispreferred.
