    Jobsummary

    The jobholder is responsible for attracting & fulfil clients hiring needs by utilizing the best recruitment practices& procedures align with Saudi Labor Law while achievingsmooth experience for the candidates and theclients.

    MainResponsibilities:
    • Managedevelop and maintain overall recruitment and selection processes ofstaff to meet clientsrequirements.
    • Implementand review recruitment and selection guidelines and ensure the teamare following our policies procedures andprocesses.
    • Mentorand identify the recruiting issues and recommend best solutionsthat fit with Areebstrategy.
    • Maintaina good understanding of skill requirements for staff whileidentifying and implementing best methods of selection such asAssessment Structured interviewetc.
    • Set therecruitment action plan for implementing the manpower plan throughassigning the jobs to the Recruitment team and monitor the progressto ensure the achievement of the hiring targetsaccordingly.
    • Buildand maintain relationship with various sourcing channels e.g.Placement agencies Educational institutions Job portalsetc.
    • Assistreview and monitor recruitment requirements with BusinessDevelopment team to ensure the fulfill of clients manpowerrequirements.
    • Createoversee and maintain a pool of talent data for futurerequirements.
    • Developand supervise the execution of the on boarding process to ensurethe alignment with Areeb branding and to maintain employeesretention.
    • Advertiseopportunities on careers pages job boards and socialnetworks
    • Leadoversee and supervise members of the recruitingteam
    • Researchand recommend new sourcing tools andrecruiting
    • Preparedevelop and conduct induction programs for all newemployees.
    • Presentand conduct orientation program and enable new employees to getalong with their job to ensure a health and smooth onboardingexperience.
    • Monitorstaff achievements perform periodic performance appraisals andprovide guidance coaching or training to direct subordinates inperforming their delegatedduties
    • Optimizethe use of personal and team time/effort in carrying out assignedduties to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness andquality
    • Ensurecontinuous monitoring of trends in the market and provide advice tomanagement on potentialinitiatives
    • Maintainconfidentiality in all matters related to work andinformation.
    • Performany other duties assigned to him/her related to the nature of thework.


    Requirements

    Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or any relatedfield
    • Masterdegree is aplus
    • RelevantProfessional Certification (CIPD SHRM SPHRi etc.) is aplus

    Experience&Skills
    • Atleast 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR and 2 yearsat manageriallevel
    • Familiarity with social media resume databases and professionalnetwork
    • Handsonexperience with fullcycle recruiting using various interviewtechniques and evaluationmethod
    • Knowledgeof Applicant Tracking Systems(ATSs)
    • Akeen understanding of the differences between various roles withinorganizations
