    Requirements

    • Organizingprograms and activities in accordance with the mission and goals ofthe organization.
    • Developingnew programs to support the strategic direction of theorganization.
    • Creatingand managing long-termgoals.
    • Developinga budget and operating plan for theprogram.
    • Minimum10-12 years of experience.
    • Developing anevaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areasforimprovement.
    • Writingprogram funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery ofservices.
    • Managinga team with a diverse array of talents andresponsibilities.
    • Ensuringgoals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety,quality, and team memberperformance.
    • Implementingand managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals areachieved.
    • Meetingwith stakeholders to make communication easy and transparentregarding project issues and decisions onservices.
    • Producingaccurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its lifecycle.
    • Analyzingprogramrisks.
    • Workingon strategy with the marketingteam.
    Language:KnowingDutch is essential.
