    About the role

    The Key Account Manager willfocus on identifying opportunities and creating sustainableprofitability for Kerry within the food service market withspecific focus on key accounts in QSR.

    Kerrysapproach to the food service market requires a push and pullphilosophy with both direct and indirect sales to support the Keyaccounts. The successful candidate will lead this activity in theirmarket utilizing a complete menu management approach withapplications and marketing support. We need someone with highlydeveloped influencing and communication skills that can develop andmaximize multilevel relationships in key customers to secure longterm business growth.

    Keyresponsibilities

    • Achieve budgeted targets while maximizingKerrys profitability in the assigned food service key accountsacross MENAT
    • Focus on developing new businessacross the menu as well as supporting and driving LTOofferings.
    • Be Kerrys food service expert inyour market and capable of sharing trends and market insight bothinternally and externally
    • Identify and delivera portfolio of quality growth projects
    • Workclosely with marketing and culinary teams.
    • Ensure the consistency and growth of Kerrys existingbusiness within the assigned region
    • Developstrong strategic relationships within the customersorganization
    • Recommend and implement soundsustainable business pricing decisions
    • Learnand proactively apply Kerrys Insight Sales methodology
    • Uphold utmost compliance to Kerrys processes systems andtools

    Qualifications andskills

    • Minimum 2 years Sales Management experience in the QSRFood Service industry.
    • Language proficiency inEnglish and Arabic.
    • Ability to travel locallyand internationally for business
    • Familiar withMicrosoft Office applications
    • A BachelorsDegree
    • Basic forecasting

    Competencies Required:

    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Highly developed influencing and communicationskills
    • Ability to build multilevelrelationships within a customer
    • Strongpresentation skills
    • Able to think outside thebox
