    The Director will act as thededicated point of contact for the High Net Worth Individuals(HNWI) & Investment Banking client segment ensuring promptdelivery of highquality/ enhanced banking experience in compliancewith the regulatory guidelines. The incumbent will be responsiblefor augmenting the service delivery/business development efforts ofHNWI & Investment Banking section including but not limitedto product sales/income generation acquisition and retention ofclients investment analysis arranging optimal financial solutionsand resolving client issues/queries. Managing relationshipsprofessionally but with attendant credit responsibility andaccountability. Achievement of business development targetsannually as per top management directions. Our Private BankingDirector should be able to raise capital in the local market with astrong portfolio of HNWIclients.

    RoleResponsibilities:

    • Contributeto the overall HNWI & Investment Banking ClientsRelationships strategy and annual business plans/business growthplans. Update self on the current industry trends economic eventsregulatory requirements/changes set by relevant governmentbodies
    • Develop and maintain robust workingrelationships with internal/external stakeholders to facilitate andcapitalize on functional/operational/ strategicneeds.
    • Represent Bank at internal/externalevents/meetings as directed by the Section Head ensuringoptimization of business opportunities.
    • Conductstrategic reviews with existing and target customers to assesstheir future financing needs and align the Banks productsaccordingly (to include specific transactions treasury andtransactional banking requirements)
    • DevelopingBusiness from new & and existing clients through strategicpenetration into identified markets/sectors across the entireportfolio spectrum like assets liabilities and crossselling (RealEstate Private Equity products and Treasuryproducts).
    • Perform the implementation ofefficient client retention / antiattrition strategies in support ofthe sales efforts targeted at the HNWI & Investment Bankingclient segment aimed at raising capital growth income generationproduct sales and new client growthtargets.
    • Assist the Section Head incoordination efforts with the respective product units marketingBusiness Units and CrossSales section in enhancing the productbundling capabilities for improving sales/ upsales/ crosssaleratios based on the clientprofiles/needs.
    • Monitor the financial standingand profitability of the respective portfolio of client accounts toanalyze performance and suggest suitable means to augment earningson investments.
    • Liaise with the respectivestakeholders in arranging deals trading and other investmentproducts for the Banking clients in a timelymanner
    • Engage in continuousidentification/analysis of competitive insights for leveraging theHNWI & Investment Banking client saleschannels.
    • Contribute towards periodic clientprofiling/segmentation based on appropriate attributes for a betterunderstanding of the current client base client engagement andprospect acquisition.
    • Managing complexrelationships independently.
    • Delivering a fullrange of products to the marketplace with a high degree ofconfidence.
    • Ensure strong communication withall interdependent divisions and proactively initiate crosssellingwhere there are opportunities.
    • Seek customerfeedback manage complaints and address these to the mutualsatisfaction of the customer and thebank.
    • Provide regular reports to management onnew customer pipeline and followup activity and provide regularreports to clients regarding market developments or changes inmarket conditions
    • Maintain corporate databaseto provide current and historical clientinformation
    • Ensure adherence to legalregulatory Sharia risk management and all other internal policiesguidelines and policies at all times
    • Managingassigned risk assets portfolio in line with standards of qualityand profitability.
    • Ensuring the provision ofhighquality and timely service toclients.
    • Assessing business financial &and economic risks and opportunities and maximizing potential tocrosssell products.
    • Preparing/executing acalling program designed to evaluate risk assess opportunities andmaximize the potential to xsellproducts.

    CandidateRequirements

    • 1015 yearsof total experience in the financial services/banking industryentailing responsibilities in the specific area ofdiscipline.
    • Experience in banking with the HNWI& Banking client segment with a strong understanding of theglobal banking industry.
    • English is a must/Arabic preferred
    • Bachelors degree in BusinessAdmin Banking Finance MarketingEconomics
    • Strong portfolio of HNWIclients
    • Ability to raise large sums of capitalin the local market
