    BMCis looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to support thewith coordinating communication and administrative tasks. Some ofthe main responsibilitiesinclude:


    Maintainany needed approvals for all requests directed by the Head ofDepartment.

    Keepupdated records of all program activities and update it on thesystem on dailybasis.

    Managingall purchasing requests and coordinate with PurchasingDepartment.

    Cooperatingin Control Room duties according to the workload &distributedduties.

    Performingany other jobrelated duties as directed by HOP/HOD.

    Maintainingsecurity and integrity at allpractices.

    Receives& Direct all Emails and monitor the departmentcorrespondences.

    Handlingand coordination with the trainingsites.

    Receiveprogram students and take theirrequests.

    Contactexternal entities for different collaboration opportunities withtheprogram.

    Communicateand coordinate with different departments and units at thecollege.

    Experiencedin handling administrative duties efficiently andeffectively

    Effectiveoral and written communicationskills

    Commitmentto working with and encouragingdiversity

    Effectiveinterpersonalskills

    Effectiveorganization and administrativeskills

    Excellenttrouble shooting and problemsolvingabilities.


    Languages& ComputerKnowledge:

    Proficiencyin both English andArabic.

    Knowledgeof ERP Systems & MicrosoftOffice.
