    JobDescription

    • Workclosely with the sales team to understand client requirementsdesign and implement solutions and ensure successful delivery ofprojects.
    • Consult and assist the customer indefining his business needs and crafting the propersolution.
    • Provide technical and functionalexpertise to support the sales team in selling enterpriseapplications data and analytics solutions that support digitaltransformation initiatives as well as longterm evolution plans forgovernment customers.
    • Collaborate with thesales team to develop proposals and respond to RFPs RFIs andRFQs.
    • Designs highly technical solutions forthe entire integrated solutioncomponents.
    • Identifies the potentialsupplier(s) list for the provided solution(s).
    • Acts as a consultant/advisor for thesalesperson and client in the complex technical issues and conductspresentations when required.
    • Reviews thetechnical components of the proposals ensuring the efficientintegration of all configured solutions before submission to thesales team for final compilation.
    • Preparestechnical writeup and associated drawings that describe thesolution and highlight the advantages of the proposed solution. Inaddition to the costing of the proposedsolution
    • Analyze the available solutions of thecompetitors to be able to provide the optimum solution emphasizingour competitive edge and workarounds of our weakpoints.
    • Prepare technological trends analysisreports & new solution coveragereports.
    • Develop and deliver productdemonstrations and presentations toclients.
    • Participates in customer meetingsaimed to describe/discuss the proposed solution and highlightadvantages over competitors.
    • Ensures the reviewof the technical aspect of the Project implementation plan preparedby the Project Managers ensuring it is achievable and within theset time frame.
    • Continuously improve processesand procedures to ensure highqualitydeliverables.
    • Promotes Giza Systems image andculture internally &externally.
    • Reviews the estimates and sizes thecustomer requirements with reference to the preinvestigation andusing the help of the technical/functional staff or third party ifnecessary.
    • Prepares and conducts presentationon the proposed solution if required by thecustomer.
    • Cooperate with DevelopmentConsultants and technical/ functional Staff to fill compliancesheets (if required).
    • Supports the Responds tocustomer inquiries to explain the proposedsolution.
    • Ensures the RFP response integrity& review all the integrations & services requiredbetween the components of thesolution.
    • Prepares Customer gap analysis& process mapping document.
    • Preparingand directing technically sound proposals to customerrequests
    • Developing a solid understanding ofimmediate & longterm customerneeds
    • Developing strong relations with selectvendors which allow Giza Systems to achieve and maintain acompetitive position in markets & domains ofchoice
    • Work with crossfunctional teamsincluding project managers developers and QA teams to design andimplement solutions.
    • Continuously improveprocesses and procedures to ensure highqualitydeliverables
    • Contributes to the regularpreparation and update of the offerings Portfolio. (Introduce newofferings retire old offerings)
    • Communicateswith Sales PMs and Technical teams to gather insights andinformation on different aspects such as clients needs and projectschallenges which can be an added value to the offerings portfolioor changes in proposal.
    • Contributes to theregular preparation and update of the offerings Portfolio.(Introduce new offerings retire oldofferings)
    • Assists in educating the AccountManagement Team on the basic technicalities and functionality ofnew offerings to guide them in identifying leads within theassigned sectors.
    • Communicates with Sales PMsand Technical teams to gather insights and information on differentaspects such as clients needs and projects challenges which can bean added value to the offerings portfolio or changes inproposal
    • Stay uptodate with the latesttechnologies and best practices in enterprise applications data andanalytics.
    • Assists in educating the AccountManagement Team on the basic technicalities and functionality ofnew offerings to guide them in identifying leads within theassignedsectors.

    TechnicalSkills

    • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
    • Minimum of 710 years of experience in presalesor related field.
    • Experience with KSAgovernment market is desirable
    • Strongtechnical skills in one or more areas such as software developmentnetwork engineering database administration or cloud computingSoftware Engineering
    • Experience withenterprise systems such as ERP CRM GIS Asset Management etc.
    • Familiarity with data and analytics tools suchas Business Intelligence Data Warehousing and Big Data platforms
    • Knowledge of AI ML Gen AI and Data miningsolutions
    • Extensive knowledge with state ofart tools/technologies used in solutions customization andtailoring applications.
    • Knowledge of DevOps
    Knowledge of emerging technologies in datamanagement Low Code/No Code and application modernizationapproaches
    • Extensive understanding ofdigitalization transformation projects/needs. Including workflowautomation RPA Mobile APP (Omni Channel)
    • Knowledge of ITIL/PMP Agile or similarpractices
    • Excellent presales technical skills
    • Existing customer exposure is essentialespecially in KSA
    • Strong business sense andmarket vision.
    • Experience with Govt and publicsector KSAprojects

    Education

    Bachelorsdegree in ComputerScience
