    To assist the finance manager to run day today commercial finance and accounting function for Kingdom of SaudiArabia and timely and accurate monthly reporting to MaceInternational finance.

    Youll be responsiblefor:

    • Knowledge of local taxregulations be able to prepare tax computations and filereturns.
    • Knowledge of theOracle system would be a great advantage.
    • Regular communication and cooperation withproject directors/managers external tax VAT accounting and legalconsultants.
    • Monthlypayroll preparation of calculations income and social taxes andother necessary adjustments. Acting as point of contact for allpayrollrelated queries.
    • Strong in GL and reconciliations.
    • Monthended reporting work undertight deadlines to provide accurate and monthly reporting packs toMace International finance.
    • Management reporting Budgeting and monthlyforecasting including cash flow forecasts.
    • Overview analysis and quality control ofcommercial financial and management reports.
    • Commercial/Bid preparation support to projectdirectors as required.
    • Commercial contract reviews.
    • Ensure project/commercial teams haveproject workbooks in place and review the same month with projectteams.
    • Ad hoc queries andassistance to Mace International finance head office.
    • Assist with yearend close.
    • Assist with the preparation andcoordination of the annual audit process of the associated carbonemissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

    Youll also have:

    • Full qualifications as accountantwith experience gained in an International Finance and commercialenvironment.
    • Substantialexperience in the use of computer software products (includingMicrosoft Word Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Oracle and Cognos TM1 experiencepreferable.
    • Ability to useinitiative anticipate issues and develop common sense practicalsolutions to deliver highquality output to tightdeadlines.
    • Excellent teammanagement skills and ability to manage delegate motivate andinvolve direct reports.
    • Confident and flexible team player with theability to influence and persuade at all levels using excellentcommunication skills.
    • Tomaintain professional knowledge in financial accounting corporationtax income tax and VAT.
    • Good command of the English language bothwritten and spoken.
