- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to establish sales targets, develop forecasts, and adapt sales strategies to align with budgetary goals;
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, fostering new partnerships that drive sales growth and open doors to fresh opportunities;
- Cultivate and maintain robust business relationships with existing clients through regular visits, updates, and proactive engagement initiatives;
- Collaborate closely with Vendor Account Managers throughout the sales cycle to build a robust sales pipeline;
- Visit clients to assess product/service requirements, manage order updates, and oversee timely deliveries while addressing any outstanding issues;
- Address customer complaints by making well-informed decisions and reporting follow-up actions as necessary;
- Negotiate and finalize pricing and payment terms within approved parameters, providing transparent reporting on completed deals;
- Keep clients informed about product/service changes, new offerings, and updates.
- Maintain and update client accounts and databases regularly;
- Conduct regular market visits, analyze competitors, and prepare recommendations to boost sales and strengthen market positioning;
