    JobResponsibilities:

    • Conductresearch to identify new markets and customerneeds.
    • Arrange business meetings withprospective clients.
    • Define and develop leadgeneration strategies and marketing plans for new accounts tofurther penetrate existing accounts.
    • Contactingpotential clients to establish rapport and arrangemeetings.
    • Work with the recruiters to build upthe appropriate resource pipeline for IT staffingopportunities.
    • Developing quotes and proposalsfor providing IT staffing services for the prospectiveclients.
    • Propose resources on staffaugmentation opportunities in response to SOWs fromclients
      Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline withclient visits lead generation activities trade shows presentationsetc.

    Requirementsand skills:

    • Bachelorsdegree in business marketing or relatedfield.
    • 5 years experience of selling outsourcedstaff augmentation services and a proven track record for closingnew accounts.
    • Proven working experience as abusiness development manager or a relevant role
      Strongcommunication skills and ITfluency.
