    On behalf of our client we arelooking for a Human ResourcesManager.

    JobSummary

    The HR Manager willbe responsible for providing strategic direction and overseeing allaspects of human resources to support the achievement of thecompanys objectives andgoals.

    Responsibilities

    • Providestrategic direction: Develop and implement HR strategies andinitiatives aligned with the companys overall objectives andgoals.
    • Talentacquisition and management: Oversee the recruitment and selectionprocess including sourcing interviewing and onboarding newemployees. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retaintoptalent.
    • Employeerelations: Foster positive employee relations by addressingemployee concerns resolving conflicts and promoting a positive workenvironment.
    • Performancemanagement: Develop and implement performance management programsincluding performance appraisals feedback mechanisms and careerdevelopmentplans.
    • Trainingand development: Identify training needs design and delivertraining programs and facilitate employee development initiativesto enhance skills andcompetencies.
    • Compensationand benefits: Manage the compensation and benefits programsensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant laws andregulations.
    • HRpolicies and procedures: Develop and implement HR policies andprocedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and promoteconsistency andfairness.
    • Compliance:Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations and ensureHR practices align with legalrequirements.
    • Employeeengagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives includingemployee recognition programs surveys and activities that promote apositive and inclusive workculture.
    • HRmetrics and reporting: Develop and maintain HR metrics and reportsto measure HR effectiveness and provide insights to enhance HRpractices.
    • Leadershipand team management: Lead and manage the HR team providing guidancesupport and coaching to foster professional growth anddevelopment.



    Requirements

    • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield. Masters degree or HR certifications (e.g. SHRMCP PHR SPHR)arepreferred.
    • Minimumof 57 years of progressive experience in HR management roles with aproven track record of success. Experience in diverse HR functionsand industries isdesirable.
