    • Handledaily BAU projects along with operations for Voice Platformincluding CRM Billing provisioning mediators andportals.
    • Configuringbusiness products in thesystem.
    • Resolvingtechnical problems logged by customers and escalated by L1support.
    • Configuringorder fulfillment process flows throughout thesystem.
    • Preparationrevision execution and consolidation of bill run cycle for B2Bcustomers.
    • Preparingrunning and monitoring any scheduled or ondemand business batchjobs
    • Conductingregular health check exercise for BSS that identifies potentialissues and operations bottlenecks to ensure the availabilityperformance capacity and security of Application OS/server DB andstorage in the productionenvironment.
    • Implementingsecurity policies and baseline configuration at the applicationlevel that are based on the defined securityframework.
    • Logarchive & purge service for application management toimprove the performance of application in the productionenvironment.
    • Providingcomprehensive statistics and reports which includes daily weeklyand monthlyreport.
    • Documentingand uploading knowledge into knowledge management system forsharing purpose. Knowledge for Application OS/Servers DB andStorage Management includes operation manual update technicaldesign document update problem resolution etc.
    • Analyzingapplication problems identifying root causes and providingresolution for implementation to ensure availability of thecorresponding component in the productionenvironment.
    • Deployingpatches to fix a problem or implement a new business requirementintoApplication.
    • Providingreliable efficient and costeffective data protection forApplication andDatabase.
    • Supportpresales/sales/PMs through the order cycle.
    • Accommodatingcustomers requirements through providing recommendation/customization.
    • Resolve/report any issue in timely manner.
    • Test andvalidate CRs and add any adjustment ifrequired.


    Job Requirements (Skills and licensing or Certification Required):Candidate should have experience with Nokia FLOW-ONE ProvisioningSystem or other provisioning systems in any telecom operator. Musthave hands on experience on designing, developing, configuring, anddeploying provisioning workflows. Must have hands on experience ondebugging provisioning & activation issues. Preferred to haveexperience on BSS applications like billing, charging, andmediation. Apply systems analysis techniques and procedures toidentify and resolve issues related to provisioning &activation systems. Excellent trouble shooting skills toinvestigate performance issues & outages. Deep understanding ofprovisioning concepts in telecom operator network & itsimportance. Having experience in integrating the provisioningsystem with the HLR/VLR. Development experience using Java or C# orany OOP language. Good hands on experience in DBs and SQLdevelopment. Must have good shell scripting knowledge & UNIXfundamentals. Excellent communication and presentationskills.
