    Mission
    Ensure the support andcoordination of sales and marketing functions for his/her MarketSegment in the country/region Develop and implement sales andmarketing strategies. Ensure theperformance of the commercial team. MainAccountabilities Commercial Drive
    • Support andcoordinate sales and marketing functions.
      • Coordinate with MSD strategies and principalsmanagement.
      • Steer and ensure theimplementation of group initiatives regarding the harmonization ofbusiness processes and best practices across the relevant localMarket Segment.
      • Steer the identification anddevelopment of new opportunities.
      • Evaluatebusiness growth potential (through market analysis andstatistics).
      • Maintain develop and manage arelationship network with key customers andPrincipals.
      • Ensure and foster positivebusiness communication withPrincipals.
    • Coordinate and supervise the preparation of local sales materialsexhibitions and promotionprograms.
    Business effectiveness
    • Analyze andevaluate the effectiveness of sales costs andresults.
    • Draw up budget
    • Drive prices and margins policies
    • Establishperformance goals and KPIs for the sales organizations and monitorperformances
    • Responsibility for all A/R andA/P andInventories.
    People Management
    • HR Management ofthe team (recruiting training assessment rewardingetc.)
    Skills and Qualifications
    • Bachelordegree in Chemistry or equivalent. Master degree in relevantfield;
    • >5 years of experience in sales(Chemicals Raw Material)& marketingroles;
    • Ability to influence and achieveresults through others;
    • Ability to liaise withpeople at all levels both internally andexternally;
    • Analyticalskills;
    • Good knowledge ofEnglish;
    • Good knowledge of ITtools.
