    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the organization's overall business goals and objectives
    • Provide guidance and expertise to senior leadership on HR matters, contributing to strategic decision-making
    • Oversee the talent acquisition process, ensuring the recruitment and selection of high-quality candidates
    • Develop and implement effective onboarding, training, and development programs to maximize employee potential
    • Create strategies to identify and develop internal talent through succession planning and career pathing
    • Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts promptly and fairly
    • Establish and maintain effective employee communication channels, including feedback mechanisms and engagement initiatives
    • Lead the development and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
    • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards related to compensation and benefits
    • Implement a performance management system that aligns individual and team goals with the organization's objectives
    • Provide guidance on performance evaluations, feedback, and professional development
    • Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency
    • Implement change management strategies to support major organizational shifts and transformations
    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization to create a diverse and inclusive workplace
    • Develop DEI programs and metrics to measure progress and drive positive change
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
    • Mitigate HR-related risks by implementing and enforcing policies and procedures
    • Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance HR processes and decision-making
    • Implement HR Information System solutions for efficient data management
    • Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control

    Key Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred
    • Proven experience in senior HR Leadership roles
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
