    AtkinsRalis arecurrently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to joinour already established team in Riyadh Saudi to be part a majorprogramme of work. The team shall be expected to assist the clientin any way possible to ensure the Development is completed to therequired timescales and within their stated budgets.

    Requirements

    • Degreequalified: Bachelor Degree or equivalent in civil engineering or arelated field;
    • 15 years of experience andpreferably have experience similar to this project/role;
    • Previous experience working in KSA.
    • Professional membership preferred;
    • Demonstrable track record in the delivery of multi functionalprojects;
    • Construction managementbackground
    • Effective in building good workingrelationships within complex structures both within projects withclients and internally;
    • The successfulcandidate will also be able to mobilise people and teams and drivefor a successful delivery.
    • Ability to leadand control large multidiscipline team.
    • Mustbe suitably experienced working in a client facing role.

    Responsibilities

    • Part ofa multi functional team responsible for delivering a large numberof varied projects in accordance with the clientsrequirements.
    • Overall construction managementas part of a client team with particular emphasis on projectdelivery logisitics and handover.
    • Completereview of existing operations within the client organisationassessing both the strengths and weaknesses and compiling reportsfor presentation to the client.
    • Chair weekly/monthly progress meetings.
    • Ensure resourcesare appropriate to meet current and future commitments and tomaximise opportunities.
