    Top ENR firm is looking to add a motivated Information Technology Team Leader to their Indianapolis office

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop IT projects from start to completion of construction
    • Conduct meetings including preparing agenda and meeting minutes
    • Manage vendor relationships
    • Coordinate tasks with other departments
    • Manage/maintain components of network information technology systems, hardware, software and licenses
    • Manage employees, review timesheets, and expense reports
    • Mentor/train junior staff
    • Provide network level support
    • Responsible for network data backup and recovery for IT security and information protection
    • Manage/propose update to network firewall
    • Manage/propose updates to network spam/internet filters
    • Manage/prepare updates to email server
    • Upgrade planning

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
    • 5+ years of Information Technology experience
    • Supervisory experience preferred
    • Certified Information Security Systems Professional
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule
    • Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
