    JobSummary

    • Participates in the design ofthe promotional materials and maintains contacts with the KeyAccounts and DCs in order to supervise all promotionalactivities.
    • Leading development of the TradeMarketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives acrossall product categories.
    • Owning responsibilityfor the development execution and performance of all programsdesigned to increase presence and ultimatetakeaway.
    • Responsible for management andmonitoring of Trade Marketing Investments and initiativesexecution.
    • Contribute to the Companys goals andobjectives and improve market share customer satisfaction andproductivity performance.
    • Establishing channelstrategies and implementing the associatedplans.
    • Development of a trade promotional planwith key customers and channels.
    • For any formof communication directly or indirectly linked to Company/Brandequity works under strict supervision and responsibility ofMarketing Dept.
    • Ensuring alignment across theSales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs andmarketing initiatives including coordination with Corporate TradeMarketing and budget management.
    • Workingclosely with key customers to provide category and shopper insightsto drive performance.
    • Development and deliveryof new product development (NPD)plans.
    • Coordination and communication ofproduct price and pack changes.
    • Leading effortsto leverage the Global Brand Positioning and solidify the companyssuperiority through our customers and theirshowrooms.
    • Providing seasoned leadership in thetranslation and execution of the Marketing strategy into impactprograms.
    • Putting in place monitor and improveprocesses to link all Marketing activities with the activities ofthe Sales team. Work closely with the CMO to improve processes thatlink corporate brand building activities and Product Developmentactivities with Sales activities.
    • Isresponsible for Sales Force Animation Programs andActions.
    • Is actively participating to specificdedicated trainings to Sales Force.
    • Responsiblefor Trade Marketing / Category Management process &solutions with external & internal customers to grow thecategories.
    • Develop implement &evaluate category plans to meet profitobjectives.
    • Manage and evaluate trade promotionlevels to achieve maximumreturns.

    • Perfectstandard of written and spoken English Command overArabic.
    • Good knowledge ofMarkets.
