- Sets and monitors Customer Quality and Freshness KPI targets with special focus to: freshness control

- Builds and maintains constructive relationships with customer counterparts in the field
- Communicates all activities agreed on head office level to stores to achieve implementation and compliance
- Reports and communicates store activity evolution to Head of Field and Regional Manager
- Ensures the achievement of the sales targets for the assigned territory
- Follows the set routing plan and procedure of visit in the Point of Sales (POS)
- Provides required service level in the assigned Point of Sales (POS)
- Implements Ferrero Building Blocks in the managed Area (Distribution, Visibility, Freshness, Stock Levels, etc.)
- Takes orders in appropriate quantity and assortment necessary for targeted visibility and
- ensures stock by SKU in the Point of Sales engage client with improvement proposal
