    CNTXT Robotics team is at the forefront of industrial innovation, enabling companies to harness inspection data collected by autonomous ground robots and drones. As a preferred solution provider and reseller for Boston Dynamics, we are proud to offer Spot, a state-of-the-art quadruped legged autonomous robot, as one of our flagship products.

    Together with Boston Dynamics, CNTXT is on a mission to revolutionize operations by making them more efficient, safe, and sustainable through autonomous inspection robots and AI-based data processing at industrial sites in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These robots not only enhance productivity and safety but also eliminate the repetitiveness and monotony of many daily industrial tasks.

    Job Summary

    CNTXT is seeking a highly motivated and visionary Business Development Manager to steer our efforts in expanding the reach of our Robotics Team. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing CNTXT as a leader in the field of industrial robotics and software solutions in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for innovation and a proven track record in business development, sales, and partnerships within the robotics industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Market Expansion: Identify, develop, and execute strategies to expand the market presence of CNTXT Robotics in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on industrial sectors.
    • Partnership Development: Maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including global robotics manufacturers, industrial companies, government agencies, and technology partners, to drive adoption of our robotic solutions.
    • Sales and Revenue Growth: Lead the sales efforts for CNTXT Robotics, including identifying and engaging potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts to achieve revenue targets.
    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competition, providing valuable insights to shape the development and marketing of our robotics products and software solutions.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the engineering and software teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software solutions, delivering a comprehensive robotics package to customers.
    • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the features and capabilities of the robotic hardware and software in the CNTXT portfolio to effectively communicate their value to customers.
    • Customer Engagement: Foster strong and lasting relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and working to tailor our offerings accordingly.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with 3 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in business development and sales, with a focus on IoT, robotics, automation, or inspection technologies.
    • Deep understanding of the industrial robotics market, including knowledge of competitors and market dynamics.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
    • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
    • Familiarity with industrial software solutions is a plus.
