    As a Sales Executive specializingin Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Zoho Odoo and similarplatforms your primary role is to drive sales and revenue growth bypromoting and selling various ATS software solutions to potentialclients. Heres a detailed breakdown of your jobresponsibilities:

    • Product Knowledge:Develop a comprehensive understanding of the featuresfunctionalities and benefits offered by different ATS products likeZoho Odoo and others. This includes understanding how these systemscater to the specific recruitment needs of potential clients acrossdifferent industries.
    • Lead Generation: Identifyand qualify potential leads through various channels including coldcalling email campaigns networking events and referrals. Utilizelead generation tools and strategies to build a strong pipeline ofprospective clients interested in ATSsolutions.
    • Consultative Selling: Engage withprospects to understand their recruitment challenges andrequirements. Offer personalized solutions by demonstrating howdifferent ATS products can address their specific needs andstreamline their hiring processes.
    • SalesPresentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrationsand presentations to showcase the features and capabilities ofvarious ATS systems. Highlight key benefits and advantages toprospects and address any concerns or objections they mayhave.
    • Proposal Development: Prepare and presentproposals tailored to the needs of each prospect. Clearly outlinepricing implementation timelines and expected outcomes tofacilitate the decisionmakingprocess.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiateterms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutualsatisfaction for both the client and the company. Work towardsclosing deals and achieving sales targets within specifiedtimelines.
    • Relationship Management: Build andmaintain strong relationships with clients throughout the salesprocess and beyond. Provide ongoing support assistance and followupto ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeatbusiness.
    • Market Research and Analysis: Stayupdated on industry trends competitor offerings and market dynamicsrelated to ATS solutions. Use this knowledge to adapt salesstrategies and identify new opportunities forgrowth.
    • Reporting and Forecasting: Keep trackof sales activities pipeline development and revenue forecastsusing CRM software or other relevant tools. Provide regular reportsand updates to management on sales performance challenges andopportunities.
    • Continuous Learning andDevelopment: Stay abreast of updates and new features released byvarious ATS providers as well as best practices in sales andmarketing. Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge to remaincompetitive in the field.
    • Overall as a SalesExecutive specializing in ATS products like Zoho Odoo and othersyour goal is to drive business growth by effectively promoting andselling these software solutions to potential clients while alsobuilding strong relationships and ensuring customersatisfaction.

    Qualifications:Previous experience in sales of ATS products. Fluency in English.Possession of a valid iqama eligible for transfer. Minimum 3 yearsof experience in a relevant sales role.
