Our SeniorBusiness Development Manager position is a unique careeropportunity that could be your next step towards an excitingfuture.

    • As Senior Business DevelopmentManager you will liaise with commercial leaders and drive keystrategic priorities within Saudi Arabia across all StructuralHeart Disease BUs. Drive stakeholder engagement across the countrydefine and deliver therapy development projects and representEdwards Lifesciences in the Kingdom.
    • Work withinternal and external stakeholder to identify gap/opportunities forEdwards Lifesciences Structural Heart Diseases portfolio. Defineand maintain a comprehensive engagement plan with keystakeholders.
    • Developing and executingstrategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue fromkey accounts in Saudi Arabia.
    • Formulatestrategies for strengthening assigned accounts and maximizing thecompanys potential to establish businesspartnerships.
    • Participate in Sales Teammeetings and engage with the team in problem solving issuediscussion greater general communication and more transparentoperation.
    • Ensure that a high level of customerservice is achieved and meet our business targets and individualteam targets.
    • Manage client input and feedbackfor all projects with detailed direction andtimelines.
    • Establish and build strong workingrelationships with business leaders at alllevels.

    What youll need(Required):

    • Bachelors Degree inrelated field and/or MBA preferably in a scientific technical orquantitative field
    • 10 years of relatedexperience in strategy management consulting business developmentor marketing. Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders/Physicians
    • Ability to synthesize complexinformation into a highlevel strategic message and to interpretinternal/external business factors into recommendations andsolutions.
    • Demonstrated experience working witha range of business clinical marketing and technical professionalsto help navigate through complex situations. Leverages deepdistributor partner knowledge to expandrelationships
    • Proven expertise in PowerPointExcel clinical and financial comprehension strategic frameworks andlive presentations with high attention to detail andoutput.
    • Ability to listen to stakeholdersdiscover unmet needs develop strong rapport with audience and becustomerfocused.
    • Adhere to all company rulesand requirements (e.g. pandemic protocols Environmental Health& Safety rules) and take adequate control measures inpreventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to theprotection of environment and prevention of pollution under theirspan ofinfluence/control
