    General Description of Role andResponsibilities:

    • Leadingthe assessment of the status ofProjects.
    • Developing the strategic plan forEnterprise Risk Malmanagement & Projects for the program.
    • Propose new Organizational Structure for theprogram and its departments.
    • Assist inpreparation of annual budget proposal and 5year plan forprojects.
    • Develop KPIs and performance metricsto achieve the desired objectives.
    • Review theperformance of ongoing programs and their contribution to thelongterm goals and provide corrective action and improvement ofplan.
    • Oversee and review financial and costreporting forms development and specific formats for design andconstruction monitoring purposes including planned versus actualprojections and indicated outcomereports.
    • Oversee the tabulation and recordingof results of surveys prequalification proposal submissions andtenders.
    • Oversee documenting of design andconstruction budgets cost estimates associated financial reportingincluding cash flow projections and indicated outcomereports.
    • Assesses procedures used to define andimplement the basic functions of the PMO to assure that they remaineffective and that they continue to meet the needs of theprogram.
    • Informed of the relevant QualityEnvironmental Safety and Occupational Health Policies Manuals andProcedures in place within Hill International and ensures continuedcompliance with these requirements while employed byHill.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by theprogram manager.

    • Perform other duties as assigned bythe linemanager/supervisor.

    QualificationsExperience Knowledge andSkills:

    • BachelorsDegree in Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent.
    • Has at least 10 years of experience in a fieldrelated to major local/international initiatives and developmentprojects in addition to experience working closely with utilityservice providers and dealing extensively with commercial andpublic sector stakeholders.
    • Experience incomprehensive planning for major development and urban planningprojects preferably at the national level. And to be familiar withthe terms of reference of urban planning and infrastructure.Familiarity with other disciplines related to planning activitiesand projects and to understand the work connections with otheractivities and the credits built for them.
    • Work experience in SaudiArabia.
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills Demonstrable strategic thinkingabilities
    • Analytical mind with problemsolvingaptitude
    • Organizational and leadershipskills
    • Fluent in English (read write andspeak).
