    Job description forHR Associate(Intern)

    Weare looking for a Human Resource (HR) Associate (Intern) to performvarious administrative activities and support our Human Resource(HR) department s dailyactivities.

    HumanResource (HR) Associate (Intern) responsibilities include draftingjob descriptions, posting job vacancies on job boards, screeningresumes, conducting pre-interview assessments and schedulinginterviews.

    Youare supposed to assist in organizing and coordinating our HRpolicies and procedures. If you re comfortable with the role andinterested in kickstarting your career as Human Resource (HR)Associate (Intern) then we d like to meetyou.

    Responsibilities

    • draftingjob descriptions for newroles
    • Posting,Updating & removing Job Ads on various Job boards, careerspages and socialnetworks
    • Screeningresumes, conducting pre-interview assessments and schedulinginterviews
    • Co-ordinatewith Interviewers for finalinterviews
    • Preparationof various Human Resource related documents & reports asneeded (like leave policy, bonus policy,etc.)
    • Communicatewith employees relating to their queries aboutbenefits
    • Organizingvarious events and careersdays

    Requirements

    Requirementsandskills

    • Studentswho are studying for (or completed) Bachelor s Degree in Management(HR) / Master s degree in Management (HR) / PG Diploma inHR.
    • Experiencein a junior HR role is aplus
    • Familiaritywith HRIS, ATS and resume databasespreferred
    • Familiaritywith CRMpreferred
    • Experiencewith MS Office & Excel along with googlesheets
    • Excellentunderstanding of the full-cycle recruitingprocess
    • Basicknowledge of applicable labourlaws
    • Organizationalskills
