    We are looking for OperationsCoordinator

    Department:Operations

    Responsibility:

    Coordinating deliveries and transport bookings as well as differentpacking instructions.
    Handling queries from customers andeyewa colleagues regarding freight and customs issues.
    Receive check for accuracy of incoming stock shipments.
    Answer calls and assist in office management with dailyfunctions.
    Audit all warehouse and logistics invoices andensure they match contracts and/or quotes given.
    Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehousetransactions and activities.
    Creation of daily work logsand transmission of the same to the supervisor.
    Maintainall inventory systems.
    Create and run all inventoryreports.
    Responsible for assisting in periodic cyclecounting of inventory.
    Traces history of items todetermine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stockcontrol. records and recommends remedial actions to resolvediscrepancies.
    Accountable and responsible for highstandards of warehouse safety cleanliness andorganization.
    Receives stock into the warehouse. Maintainand organize stock in the warehouse.
    Ensures pickingracks are full and in order.
    Monitor inventory movementand communicate inventory transaction issues escalating whenrequired.
    Tracks and monitors the status of pending itemsand trouble tickets; followsup as needed.
    Pull prepareand stage inventory for dispatch.
    Coordinating operationsmanagement tasks that relate to crossfunctional teams or externalpartners and tools coordinating resources information andactivities where required.
    Assisting with theadministration support and optimisation of ecommercetools.
    Reporting and following up on any reported issueslogging tickets providing information and escalating whererequired.
    Creating and maintaining ecommerce andoperations documentation andguides.

    Requirements:

    • Minimumof Diploma or Bachelors degree.
    • Minimum 2 yearsof experience in similarrole.
    • Proficiency in Excel and otherMicrosoft Office Suiteproducts.
    • Good knowledge oflogistics processes order management inventorymanagement.
    • Fluency in English andArabic.
    • Previousecommerce/ operations/ eyewear experience is aplus.
