    Culture Recruitment are working exclusively with a rapidly growing, global hotel group, seeking an Area Sales Director to oversee their sales teams across KSA. As Area Director, you will drive sales strategies and revenue growth across multiple properties, leading and managing teams, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and delivering exceptional results.

    Jeddah OR Riyadh

    Salary- negotiable depending on experience

    Key responsibilities:


    • Formulate and execute sales strategies and initiatives tailored for the KSA region, in accordance with company objectives and prevailing market trends.


    • Take charge of and supervise the sales teams across multiple properties in KSA.


    • Cultivate and nurture essential relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners to propel sales and foster revenue growth.


    • Evaluate market dynamics, competitor activities, and potential opportunities within the KSA market.


    • Assess and scrutinize sales performance, revenue metrics, and market data for informed decision-making.


    • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities that complement sales endeavors.


    • Engage in negotiations for contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.


    • Cultivate a culture of excellence, mentorship, and ongoing improvement within the sales teams.


    • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on sales performance, market trends, and strategic considerations.


    • Ensure effective synchronization between sales efforts and revenue management for optimal pricing and inventory management.


    • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and emerging trends impacting the KSA region.


    • Operate in a secure and environmentally conscious manner to ensure the well-being of guests and colleagues, while contributing to environmental preservation.


    • Adhere to the company's environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.

    Requirements:

    • Educated to Bachelor's or Master's degree level.
    • Managerial experience in hospitality, leading teams.
    • Ideally have previously been country/regional or cluster director.
    • Experience as sales director for 4/5* properties in KSA.
