    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize your expertise in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud ERP to design and optimize business processes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle solutions with a primary focus on global impact.
    • Lead and oversee the implementation of large-scale integration solutions, employing a variety of technologies.
    • Provide guidance and support in defining the scope and sizing of work related to Oracle projects.
    • Drive the development of Proof of Concept to validate architectural solutions.
    • Take the lead in transforming Oracle systems within areas such as Quote to Cash, L&D, Inventory, and Purchasing business processes.​

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in architecting and designing Oracle systems, specifically in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud ERP.
    • In-depth knowledge of business process design within the Oracle software packages.
    • Strong understanding of integration technologies and their application in large-scale projects.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative solutions.
    • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently and lead projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.

    Specific duties include but are not limited to:

    • Develop and provide support for Oracle systems and all associated system interfaces. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business analysts to prepare designs for new applications and document all processes to ensure effective evaluation of each application.
    • Evaluate architecture for Oracle applications and prepare layouts for all logical models. Maintain database objects for the application modules and components. Monitor and recommend changes if required to all PL/ SQL packages. Design, develop and provide new stored packages, procedures and functions. Prepare documentation according to standards for in-depth testing for modified and new functionality.
    • Understand Quote to Cash business process, initiatives and operational issues and how current deployed Oracle functionality/configuration relates to current processes.
    • Understand standard versus customized Oracle Product Contract, Order Management, Pricing , Oracle Purchasing, Inventory & Shipping capabilities and functionality with respect to unique company deployments.
    • Interface with Business functional/strategic leaders (Customer Service, Purchasing, L&D, Finance.). Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business and operations requirements and systems goals and identify and resolve systems issues.
    • Develop detailed and comprehensive test plans, unit test systems and applications and coordinate testing with the Business Analysts for unit tests.
    • Responsible for trouble-shooting Level 3 production issues. Collaborate with Level 2 (Functional Business Analyst) to resolve issues that need further technical assistance. Work closely with global IT team to address production issues in a timely fashion.
