    Coordinate with theHR department and liaise with the relevant government departmentsto carry out all the activities for official collection andsubmission of government applications including but not limitedprocessing and acquiring of all staff visas and labour cards aswell as processing of a variety of legal documents in timely mannerwhile ensuring all documentation is uptodate and visa and otherapprovals are received ontime.

    Responsible forvisa processing and submitting visa applications to immigration andlabour offices for the following: KSA employment visa renewal /transfer visa visit visa business visa and foreign visa requiredfor business travel after ensuring properdocumentation.

    Provideassistance to employee regarding each category of visa detailstheir procedures and requireddocuments.

    Deal withgeneral enquires regarding PRO functions promptly and efficientlyto enhance the level of departmentservice.

    Renew update andmaintain the trade licenses and other government certificates ofall company s legal entities to ensure that the documents areuptodate.

    Renew andmaintain all company s leases before its expiry which includesoffices companyapartments.

    Maintain thelist of all employees along with their visas details and renewableof visa and properly communicate the renewable of visa before itsexpiration.

    Guide and assistemployees in renewing visas for their immediate dependents andprovide them necessary information regarding visa details andrequirement ofdocuments.

    Arrangeprocessing attestation of employee qualifications asrequired.

    Accuratepreparation of documents according to the requirement of the legalauthorities and maintain records of employee personnelfiles.

    Maintainconfidentiality and security of company and employee documents atalltimes

    Asa subject matter expert provide continuous advice in regards to thenew rules in the governmentaldepartments.

    Providecontinuous update in regards to the developing the visa process andfacilitating with the governmentaldepartments.

    Keep abreast oflatest developments in the field of quality assurance and updatequality specification and standard to gain a competitiveedge.

    Ensurecompliance to Safety Quality Food Safety and Environmentrequirements as specified in the global QHSE Management System withstrict adherence to ISO and local regulatoryauthority

    Ensure that allrecords and documents are up to date and have full traceability andretrieval at all times and that all processes procedures &activities comply with ISO and managementprocedures.

    Perform any other job/task assigned by the Line Managerto accomplish departmentobjectives.

    Requirements

    Education/Qualifications

    Bachelor Degreein Business or any relateddiscipline.

    Experience

    Minimum 34 yearsexperience as PRO in KSA with demonstrable knowledge of all PROfunctions

    FunctionalSkills & SpecificKnowledge

    Understanding ofLabour laws is amust

    Fluency inArabic and English is amust

    Computerliterate with knowledge of working with MS Officeapplications.

    Strongorganisation skills and have the ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment.

    Good relationship in all Government departments inKSA

    Understanding of Labour laws is a must Fluency in Arabic andEnglish is a must Computer literate with knowledge of working withMS Office applications. Strong organisation skills and have theability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good relationship inall Government departments in KSA
