    Job Title:Sales Executive LCLImports

    Location:Riyadh Kingdom of Saudi Arabia(KSA)

    Salary Range:SAR 7000 to SAR10000

    Gender:Any

    Nationality:Any

    Sales Target:04 times of grosssalary

    Salary: Asper sales target or based on existing salesvolume

    Overview:As a Sales Executive specializing in Less than Container Load (LCL)Imports you will be responsible for driving sales growth in RiyadhKSA by targeting and acquiring clients within the LCL importsector. Your primary focus will be on achieving and surpassingsales targets set by the company. This position requires aproactive and resultsdriven individual with a strong salesbackground excellent communication skills and a deep understandingof the logistics and shippingindustry.



    Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    1. SalesTargetAchievement:
    • Developand execute strategies to achieve sales targets set by the companyaiming to generate revenue equivalent to four times the grosssalary.
    • Identifyand pursue opportunities within the LCL import market to maximizesales potential and marketpenetration.
    • Monitorsales performance analyze results and take corrective actions asnecessary to ensure targets are met orexceeded.
    1. ClientAcquisition and RelationshipManagement:
    • Prospectqualify and onboard new clients in the LCL import sector buildingand maintaining strong relationships to foster longtermpartnerships.
    • Conductregular client visits presentations and negotiations to secure newbusiness and expand the customerbase.
    • Provideexceptional customer service by addressing client inquiriesresolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction at alltimes.
    1. SalesStrategyDevelopment:
    • Developand implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectivesand market trends to drive business growth andprofitability.
    • Identifykey market segments trends and competitive landscapes to capitalizeon emerging opportunities and gain a competitiveedge.
    • Collaboratewith the sales team and management to develop innovative salesinitiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new clients andretain existingones.
    1. SalesPerformance Analysis andReporting:
    • Trackand analyze sales metrics including but not limited to sales volumerevenue and profit margins to assess performance and identify areasforimprovement.
    • Prepareregular sales reports and presentations for management providinginsights recommendations and forecasts to support decisionmakingprocesses.
    • UtilizeCRM software and other sales tools to maintain accurate records ofsales activities client interactions and salesforecasts.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing Logistics or a relatedfield.
    • Provenexperience in sales preferably within the logistics shipping orfreight forwardingindustry.
    • Strongunderstanding of LCL import processes customs regulations anddocumentationrequirements.
    • Excellentcommunication negotiation and presentationskills.
    • Abilityto work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced anddynamicenvironment.
    • Resultsorientedmindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed salestargets.
    • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g.Salesforce).
    • Fluencyin English and Arabic languages (both written and spoken) isessential.

    OtherSpecificCriteria:

    • Validdrivers license and willingness to travel for client meetings andbusiness developmentactivities.
    • Strongnetworking skills and the ability to build rapport with clientsfrom diversebackgrounds.
    • Flexibilityto adapt to changing market conditions and clientrequirements.
    • Commitmentto upholding the highest standards of integrity professionalism andethicalconduct.

    Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
