- Abilityto produce high level artefacts including business, process anddata flow diagrams articulating current and future states formanagement and use of NBA data andapplications.
- Developkey analysis documentation including business requirementspecifications, configuration specifications, corporate andbusiness system process documents, options papers and/or gapanalysis and present to senior business executives to gainapproval.
- Abilityto work with vendors to deliver a fit for purpose solution for theNBA including functionality assessment, workflow/processimprovements andintegration.
- Abilityto coordinate and run internal and external stakeholder workshopsto facilitate requirements gathering and or configurationrequirements.
- Whenrequired, manage a back log with the Product Owner to maintain userstories.
- Preparetechnical and system documents asrequired.
- Strongwritten and verbal communication and engagement skills to work withexternal, internal stakeholders and senior executives to deriveprojectneeds.
- Previousexperience in Business and/or Data Analysis and technical writingand process design experience isrequired.
- TheSuccessful candidates to engage with both external and internalstakeholders, identify user needs, manage priorities and adapt to adynamic workingenvironment.
