    **SUMMARY & ROLEINFORMATION**:
    We are looking for a Local Product Managerto join our global expert team to support and extend our localizedsolutions in Public Sector for SAP SuccessFactors Employee CentralPayroll according to local legal regulations in the Kingdom ofSaudi Arabia.

    • **EXPECTATIONS ANDTASKS**:
      • Drive the entire product life cyclestarting with the continuous rollin of legal requirements fromlocal authorities with a focus onpayroll.
      • Advise customers on localization bestpractices adherence to standard solutions extensibility options andproject implementationrecommendations.
      • Describe requirements indetail as a basis for development backlog planning which you willalign in tight collaboration with global developmentteams.
      • Validate solution increments as part ofthe agile development process to ensure highquality.
      • Handle customer incidents whenrequired while being supported by an expert developmentteam.
      • Support rolling out localized SAPSuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions being recognizedas an expert by our internal and externalstakeholders.
    • **EXPERIENCE/ ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:
      • Proven working experiencewith payroll software as an implementation consultant auditor orproduct manager for the Public Sectorindustry.
      • Must have experience working as aconsultant in at least two SAP SuccessFactors Employee CentralPayroll or SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects in the publicsector discipline. Any experience of implementation experience inthe private sector is a plus.
      • Strong teamplayer in a multiculturalenvironment.
      • Experience in localizationdevelopment and the ability to maintain oversight on arising legalrequirements while being able to evaluate and describe complexproduct requirements in detail.
      • Ability tobuild and maintain a strong network across various groups such asdevelopment field teams and customers.
      • Fluencyin English must and knowing the Arabic language to speak write andread is a plus.
      • Profound knowledge of SAPssolution portfolio for Human ExperienceManagement.
      • Enthusiasm for taking theinitiative and ability to workindependently.
      • Proven customerfacing experienceespecially in the publicsector.
