    Job Responsibilities:

    • Researching and identifying prospective suppliers.
    • Liaising with internal customers and maintaining strong supplier relations.
    • Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria.
    • Analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting the supply chain management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
    • Preparing proposals requesting quotes and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.
    • Ensure the highest quality s and ontime delivery for the goods/services purchased and meet specific technical specifications.
    • Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages missed or late deliveries and other problems.
    • Compare suppliers bills with bids and purchase orders to verify accuracy.
    • Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status changes or cancellations.
    • Backcharge vendors & suppliers for defective/short/nonsupply of materials.
    • Following up with Finance for the vendor payments.
    • Following customs clearance process with our customs brokers.
    • Ensuring the accuracy of HS code applied to every imported shipment.
    • Ensuring ontime submission of customs clearance paper to the local authorities.
    • Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.
    • Preparing reports and maintaining procurement records.
    • Ensuring that purchasing activities in accordance with the local & international legal governmental and company policies and regulatory standards.

    Qualifications & Experiences:

    Bachelors Degree in any related field
    2year Experience

    Minimum Skills:

    • Good command in English Language (Verbal and Written)
    • Highly Proactive
    • Good in documentation and reporting
    • Excellent work flexibility
