    RoleDescription

    We are seeking apassionate and strategic People and Culture Specialist to join ourteam In this role you will play a vital part in shaping andfostering a positive inclusive and highperforming work environment.You will collaborate with leaders across the organization tounderstand unique team needs develop impactful cultural initiativesand ensure our values are embedded in everydayoperations.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with department leaders to assess and understand theunique cultural needs of each team.
    • Develop andimplement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workculture.
    • Work closely with department managersand other stakeholders to align cultural initiatives with businessstrategies.
    • Conduct regular assessments tomeasure the effectiveness of current culture programs and makedatadriven recommendations for improvement.
    • Actas a cultural ambassador promoting the organizations values andensuring they are reflected in daytodayoperations.
    • Provide guidance and support tomanagers and employees on culturalmatters.
    • Facilitate workshops training sessionsor teambuilding activities to reinforce the desired organizationalculture.
    • Monitor industry trends and bestpractices related to organizational culture and recommendadjustments as necessary.
    • Serve as a point ofcontact for employees seeking guidance on cultural matters orreporting cultural concerns.
    • Coordinate withmanagement to handle complaints conflicts and other issues arisingfrom or between employees.
    • Constant visits tostores and company locations to observe the culture and prepare theplans

    Qualifications

    • SaudiNationals Only
    • Bachelors degree in HumanResources or a relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in aculturerelated role.
    • Knowledgeof current trends and best practices in organizationalculture.
    • Ability to build strong relationshipsacross all levels of the organization.
    • Strategic thinking strong leadership excellentcommunication adaptability and acommitment.
