    JobDescription

    Intention/ Purpose

    Responsible for complete order processing cycle byeffectively liaising with the customers suppliers sales andlogistics team. Provide administrative support to both internal aswell as external customers within the business unit.

    Areas of responsibility

    • Receive enquiries acknowledge them immediately and recordthem appropriately.
    • Categorizer salesenquiries for immediate action i.e. for discussing with the salesteam for future reference etc.
    • Obtainquotations and send proforma to customers.
    • Prepare purchase orders in consultation with the salesteam.
    • Coordinate between suppliers andcustomers for processing sales orders.
    • Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely deliveryof orders.
    • Followup for the payment fromcustomers.
    • Liaise with logistics team andupdate availability of stocks maintain reorder levels.
    • Update sale managers on the status of the orders issuesand stock levels.
    • Keep a tab on product expirydates and bring it to the notice of seniors for furtheraction.
    • Arrange to send samples as and whenrequired receive feedback on the evaluation.
    • Respond to customer complaints and escalate sensitiveissues to seniors.
    • Update records inOrion.
    • Generate BO sales reports as and whenrequired.
    • Provide backend administrativesupport arrange for meetings travel bookings hotels etc. for thebusiness unit. Handle reception faxes couriers emailetc.
    • Maintain and update quality records asper ISO standards.

    Skills

    Qualification:

    • Bachelorsdegree
    • Experience 23 years experience in acustomer service/sales support
    • Total Years ofExperience 34 years
    • Positive polite quicklearner and should have Hardworking detailed smartadaptable.
    • Good communication skills (written& verbal)
    • Good follow up andorganization skills
    • Excellent with MS officesuch as excel word power point plus Outlook. Knowledge of logisticsfundamentals required.
    • Knowledge on any ERPsystem
