    As a Product Manageryour primary responsibilities will include driving the productgrowth aligned with the companys goals. You will be focused ondelivering great user experience for our products whilecollaborating closely with our crossfunctional team consisting ofother product specialists field sales and operations. Other thanthis you will also act as a liaison between Bayut and externalparties like government agencies.

    In this roleyou will:

    • Develop a deep understandingof our consumers and clients their likes and dislikes and top painpoints and opportunities.
    • Build and maintainexpertise in our domestic competitor landscape and similar marketsboth domestic and overseas.
    • Act as a bridgebetween the business and tech teams within theorganisation.
    • Lead a crossfunctional team indesigning testing delivering and monitoring these initiatives toachieve growth targets
    • Lead initiatives thatenforce product usage SOPs within the businessteams.
    • Act as a liaison between Bayut andgovernment agencies like REGA ELM etc for technical collaborationand coordination.

    What you need forthis role

    • A datadriven approach toproduct management and being comfortable with digging into largedata sets to extract trends andinsights.
    • Ability to extract and prioritiseuser insights to drive productstrategy.
    • Understanding of online marketingchannels acquisition modes and relevant experience in theiroptimisation.
    • Understanding the technologybehind online products and being comfortable leading a group ofengineers in product initiatives.
    • Experiencewith working within a fastpaced dynamicenvironment
    • Experience with Project Managementand Task Management tools like Asana JIRA Redmineetc.
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent; additionalrelevant certifications or training in real estate or datacollection is a plus.
    • Proven experience inproduct or project management or a related field is aplus.
    • Proficient English speaking and writingis required.
    • Familiarity with local real estatemarket trends and regulations is a plus.
    • Priorexperience of working in a multifaceted technologybased servicesorganisation will be considered aplus.
    • Experience with CRMplatforms
    • Familiarity with the real estatecompany requirements products andservices
    • Strong organisational skills andattention to detail to ensure accurate data collection andreporting.
    • Proficient in using digital toolsand software for data entry analysis andphotography
    • Highperforming and fastpaced workenvironment.
