    Role:

    • Assistthe Clients sales force team in growing maintaining converting andtracking a healthy pipeline of Large Market Smalland
    • Medium Enterprises and BusinesstoBusiness(B2B) opportunities for the Client;
      • Developsales content (e.g. email templates script guidelines sales pitchesetc.);
      • Lead sales discussions and pitch Clientsproducts to end customers;
      • Support operationalonboarding of new customers;
      • Follow up withonboarded customers to ensure activation and firstusage;
      • Review and recommend improvements to theperformance management framework;
      • Monitorfinancial performance and propose improvementmeasures;
      • Report results to TopManagement;
      • Develop training manuals andconduct trainings for the various stages of the sales cycle to theClients sales force;
      • Conduct periodic trainingsessions to the customers when needed;
      • Provideregular status updates to Clients management on progress againstkey performance indicatorsthrough:
    • Progress updatemeetings;
    • Steering committee meetings;and
    • Regular reporting on progressstatus.
      • Leverage Mastercard assets and resourceswhen applicable to deliver the support on the abovementionedresponsibilities;
      • Liaise with Mastercard forproactive solutioning for commercialspends.

    Qualifications/expectationsrequired:

    • 1012 yearsRelevant sales and business development experience in corporate andSME market (required)
    • Strong team playerresults driven and high level of energy &initiative
    • People managementskills
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunication in English
    • Selfmotivated with ademonstrated track record of success
      Ability to interactwith external clients
      Successful salesperson with abilityto generate and follow up on leads independently
      Goodcommunication skills and active participation to contribute to teamsettings
      Proactivity curiosity to learn and eagerness toinnovate
    • Strong executioncapabilities
    • Superior interpersonal andcommunications skills and an ability to bring together internal andexternal stakeholders to create solutions for customers and havethem implemented.

    Experience inidentifying strategic opportunities and of managing multiplestakeholder projects.
