    JobDescription

    • Responsible for turnoverand achieving annual & monthly sales target forKSA
    • Setting goals and developing plans forbusiness and revenue growth.
    • Develop implementand followup the country strategy within agreed budget based onstrategy
    • Implement Channel Strategy anddevelop/manage local customer portfolio by increasing share ofwallet with existing customers and identifying additional businessopportunities with newcustomers/verticals/influencers
    • Actively workwith key influencers and endusers and act as Key Influencer Managerfor defined local influencer
    • Develop implementand followup on local customer strategies and marketinginitiatives
    • Identify and research potentialclients
    • Develop and maintain clientrelationships
    • Track identify and add qualifiedprospects to sales pipeline
    • Develop and managestrategic partnerships to grow business
    • Drivethe endtoend salesprocess

    Qualifications

    • Bacheloror masters degree in business administration Management orEngineering; MBA is a plus
    • Experience inSecurity Industry is a must.
    • Fluent in English& Arabic
    • At least 5 year experience insales & business development and/or strategic marketingpreferably in hightech multinational companies and video systemsbusiness unit.
    • Excellent customer orientationand networking skills
    • Excellent team player andmultitasking skills
    • High degree ofselfmotivation & accuracy performs well under pressureflexibility selfconfidence high willingness to learnresultorientationselforganization
