    As SYSTRA continues to grow as a business in Saudi Arabia we are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager.

    You will need a proven track record in driving multichannel communication strategies and leading on innovative marketing initiatives. With a particular focus on encapsulating the essence of our values and brand in all our external activities e.g. conferences events marketing campaigns thoughtleadership etc; and ensure that any senior leader engage with the external market with a consistent SYSTRA brand in mind.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Working with senior leaders of the business to drive the overall marketing strategy in alignment with global strategic plans and objectives.
    • Developing strategies managing budgets setting goals and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels.
    • Collaborate closely with the Proposal & Business development teams (communications and graphics teams)
    • Developing and maintaining Business Unitspecific marketing collateral to enable the broader organisation to understand the expertise strategies and promote crossselling of services.
    • Training coaching and development of our people in particular the senior leadership to feel confident in delivering key messaging our brand and personifying SYSTRA.
    • Collaborate closely with Human Resources in employee branding activities and supporting the Employee Value Proposition roll out.
    • Aligning all Country specific communications and activities with the Global strategy for Marketing & Communications including focusing on driving the SYSTRA brand and other global themes.
    • Working closely with business leadership to develop an annual calendar of regional / global events and associated strategies and communication briefs for each event.
    • Coordinating and prioritizing SYSTRAs participation in regional events conferences memberships sponsorships white papers project openings etc. Networking with key partners to obtain good positioning for SYSTRA.
    • Develop externally facing collateral social media posts news and announcements and other communications.
    • With the SYSTRA Headquarters support be responsible to develop and update the local SYSTRA Arabia website
    • Responsibility for developing specific award submissions responding to surveys and coordinating other external visibility opportunities.
    • Developing content for internal communications such as newsletters town halls leadership conferences executive briefings etc.

    EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

    • A degree in marketing communications business journalism or a closely related field.

    Plus 10 years of experience in marketing and communications in particular working with senior executives ideally from the same industry

    LANGUAGE SKILL

    • Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication. Ability to edit and write content in English. Proficiency in Arabic language an advantage but not essential.

    CAREER BACKGROUND

    • Preferably already have a strong network in the Middle East and / or the Engineering industy so can support in prioritising key marketing initiatives and approaching key partners / channels to market.
    • Strong communication abilities able to articulate complex ideas in a creative manner and able to influence or persuade others.
    • Demonstrated experience of leadership personal accountability persistent and goaloriented
    • Strong business acumen with an aptitude for improving processes with a commitment to internal and external client service.
    • Ability to travel as needed.
    • Exercise responsible and ethical decisionmaking regarding company funds resources and conduct and adhere to SYSTRAs Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
