    Responsibilities:

    Providing an engaging, convenient and accurate check out for thecustomer

    Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operationalexpectations

    Partners with store leadership to resolve customers concerns in acourteous and helpfulmanner

    Maintaining personal and productivitygoals

    Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions toassess needs

    Manages customerspayments

    Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fitcustomer sneeds

    Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current orupcoming product /trends

    Contributes to a positive and inclusive workenvironment



    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    0-3 months of retailexperience

    Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevatedexperience

    Exude a friendly and positive demeanor at alltimes

    Motivated to achieve great results because of one s enthusiasm frominteracting with customers and athleticproducts

    Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessarysupervision

    Flexible availability including nights,weekends,
