JobSummary

As an Inventory Coordinatoryou will be pivotal in managing daily warehouse operations with afocus on efficiency and the safe handling of materials andinventory. Your responsibilities will include overseeing thereceipt documentation storage safety and distribution of equipmentand supplies. You will play a critical role in maintaininginventory accuracy and ensuring that operations are conducted incompliance with company and HSEpolicies.

Requirements

KeyResponsibilities

Overseedaily warehouse activities including handling documenting andstoringmaterials.
Performquality checks on incoming materials and address any defects ordamages.
Ensureefficient dispatch receipt and quality ofproducts.
Coordinatematerial flow within the manufacturing warehouse and designatedworkstations.
Maintainaccurate documentation and participate in process and qualityimprovementinitiatives.
Collaboratewith various departments to ensure a seamless flow ofmaterials.
Assistin packing and other material handling functions asneeded.
Resolveinventory or shipping discrepancies to ensure a smoothworkflow.
Monitorinventory levels and coordinate the ordering of new materials asnecessary.
Ensureproper identification and labeling of all materials within thefacility.
Complywith all company and HSE policies fostering a safe and productiveworkenvironment.

Qualifications&Experience

Minimumof 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics preferably inthe oil & gasindustry.
Proficiencyin MS Excel MS Word and inventory managementsystems.
Extensiveknowledge of warehouse and logistics operations andmanagement.
Validdriver s license and forklift certification (T14 T8preferred).
