    Job Summary

    1. Develop/Design Home enablers (Fixed voice , Home managed services ,Home solutions , FTTH ..EXT)
    2. Develop relevant partnerships for home segments ( technology partners , ... Ext)
    3. Performs the UAT for related products
    4. Understand key customer needs and industry trends competition, Technology, international benchmarks for home enablers
    5. Coordinate with Devices, VAS & international teams enhance home enablers services and partnerships
    6. Engage with governance team and make sure to provide all the requirements of the new home products and services.
    7. Leads the orchestration of all execution components, including cross department coordination (technology, network, operations, partners, etc.)
    8. Monitor and analyze Home enablers performance trends from technical, competitive and operational perspectives
    9. Provide oversight and monitor execution for the segment projects to meet annual and strategic plan goals
    10. Monitor the performance of home segment customer escalations, technical issues and all aspects of fixing the existing production issues with all related units.
    11. Partners/Vendor relationship management and selection
    12. Ensure strong, clear and effective communication across all stakeholders
    13. Work closly with the Home propositions team in order to offer Home segments best services which will differentiate Mobily in the maket and increase customer's LTV
    14. Manage Home enablers team and define their KPIs
    15. Perform other duties as required by the GM/Home Segment.

    1. Contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the sector through performing own responsibilities and coordinating direct reports performance.
    2. Set the section's goals and objectives and ensure the cascading of such to the direct reports' individual goals and objectives.
    3. Apply individual items of sector's policies, procedures and processes and ensure adherence and implementation.
    4. Coordinate with direct reports the performance of their delegated responsibilities.
    5. Ensure the ongoing development of the section's employees, and guide the activities of direct reports.
    6. Oversee the overall performance of direct reports according to communicated KPI's
