    National Batteries Company (Battariat) is the first Saudi Arabian Automotive Battery Manufacturer, producing quality products, based on Advanced German Technology from Varta Batterie AG, Germany.

    The National Industrialization Company (TASNEE) holds 90% of the company s shareholding, while the remaining shareholding is held by reputed businessmen of the country
    An exciting opportunity is available for Manager, Marketing & Sales, Batteries Based in Riyadh and will report directly to GM, Batteries and Lead Products

    Summary:

    • Leads the sales representatives and sales activities for a broad region with significant scope and volume. Responsible for planning and implementing long- and short-term sales and marketing programs for the entire portfolio of Batteries products, targeting B2B industries and B&C, and ensure stable and profitable growth in sales revenue, through effective deployment and management of sales personnel. Create strategies for product development, pricing, promotions & distribution.

    In this role, you will be responsible of:

    • Work within corporate strategies to implement sales strategies to meet sales requirements for short/long-term business needs.
    • Oversee marketing strategies aimed at strengthening the company sales position and profitability.
    • Oversee development of territory and key account sales strategies, identification of business opportunities and problem areas.
    • Ensure territory and national/key account sales goals are achieved through the effective placement.
    • Maintain coordination with integral other functions and directs the flow of information for sales activities and transactions.
    • Responsible for the execution of the sales plan to accomplish the market strategy and maximize profit of sales in the region.
    • Understand customer business and purchasing segment needs and guides the business using this knowledge.
    • Manage sales forecasting process per customer within the portfolio to achieve goals.

    • Train, coach, develop, and motivate sales representatives on various aspects of sales, products, setting quotas etc.

    Minimum Qualification and Experience:

    • Masters or Post Graduate qualification in a specific discipline or MBA.
    • +10 Years of B2B and B2C Sales & Marketing Management with 10 years supervisory experience is desirable.
