    About Our Client

    My client, a public sector organization is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Associate Manager to join their team.

    Job Description

    • Offer expert legal advice and guidance on matters related to public sector laws, regulations, and compliance.
    • Conduct legal research, analyze precedents, and stay updated on legislative changes affecting the organization.
    • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting to negotiation, execution, and renewal.
    • Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including but not limited to procurement agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements.
    • Apply specialized knowledge of public sector laws, regulations, and policies in all legal activities.
    • Interface with government agencies, officials, and regulatory bodies as required.

    The Successful Applicant

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution and active Bar membership.
    • 5 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on both advisory and contract law within the public sector.
    • Strong understanding of public sector regulations, compliance, and governance.
    • Proven track record in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage complex legal matters efficiently.
