    • Translatebusiness requirements and technical systemspecifications into working, tested applications with EIMfunctionality.
    • Analyseand design based onrequirements
    • Developand configure the OpenText Content Suite Platform, Java EE code,and conducting unittests
    • Managethe day-to-day work of project team, which includes: taskassignments, managing priorities, monitoring project teamdeliverables, and resolving problems and removing roadblocks.Ensures that the project team accurately records time againstproject activities (ortasks).
    • Provideupdates to the Project Manager on progress, issues and risks oftheir projectdeliverables.
    • Manageproject issues and risks (e.g. identifies, monitors, escalates,resolves, and reports) through the team. Escalate issues to theProject Manager. Informs the issues logs and risk registers for theoverall project, ifapplicable.
    • Provideregular communication and status updates to the ProjectManager.
    • Lead,facilitate, coordinate project team meetings. Track action items,decision items, risks and issues that come out of meetings andupdates the ProjectManager.
    • Workclosely with the Product Owner, Technology Architects, BusinessAnalysts, Operations Manager and Systems Analysts to ensure meetingthe objectives of theproject.
    • Managestakeholders expectations to align to integration process andmethodologies.
    • Ensurequality standards (including those outlined in the vendor SOW) aremet by both clients and the projectteam.
    • Developand implement project processes forintegration of critical businessapplications


    Requirements

    Experienceand Skill SetRequirements

    DevelopmentExperience:

    • 10+years of experience in application design, latest design patterns,deployment and troubleshooting.
    • 10+years of experience with developing n-tier Enterpriseapplications.
    • 10+ years ofdevelopment experience with Java Enterprisetechnologies.
    • Demonstrated hands-ondevelopment and troubleshooting experience on Java EEplatform.
    • Developing in andconfiguring the OpenText Content SuitePlatform

    Technical Skills:

    • Demonstratedexperience in Eclipse IDE or RationalRSA.
    • Demonstrated experience inJavaScript frameworks such asJQuery.
    • Demonstrated technicalexperience with electronic records and document managementsystems.
    • Knowledge and understandingof Information Management principles, concepts, policies andpractices.
    • Microsoft Azureexperience

    ORM - JPA / Hibernate:

    • Demonstratedexperience working with ORM tools such as JPA orHibernate.

    Reporting Skills:

    • Developmentof efficient LiveReports on large datasets
    • Experience performing CISModelling
    • Familiarity withEnterprise Connect and Enterprise Scanproducts

    Database / SQL:

    • Demonstratedexperience with writing SQL and Stored Procedures (in Oracle andPL/SQL).

    Spring Framework:

    • Demonstratedexperience working with Spring Framework - Spring MVC, Spring Data,Spring Security,etc.
