    JASARA PMC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Interface Coordinator to join their team.

    As a leading provider of project management services in Saudi Arabia, JASARA PMC is committed to delivering high-quality and successful projects in line with the vision of Vision 2030.

    In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing interfaces between different project teams to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

    Responsibilities


    • Develop and implement an effective interface management plan to facilitate communication and coordination between various project teams.
    • Coordinate interface meetings, including agenda setting, facilitation, and documentation.
    • Identify and resolve interface issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
    • Ensure that interface requirements are clearly documented and communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
    • Monitor and track interface progress and provide regular updates to project teams.
    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of project components.
    • Develop and implement interface management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Desired Candidate Profile




    Profile:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in interface coordination or project management ideally in Middle East.
    • Strong knowledge of interface management principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple interfaces concurrently.
    • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
