JobDescription

Manageand deliver the operation upgrade and configuration of servers OSand Backup solutions.
Monitor the Engineerscorrective maintenance visits is undertaken efficiently and timelymeeting client satisfaction.
Support Datacenterengineers in operation activities providing them with guidance andensuring the work implemented is up to the required standards andin accordance to set milestones.
Prepare andsubmits weekly and monthly progress report to the Datacenter teamleader to clarify the current status and progress of assignedtask.
Participate in project planning for allthe technical aspects related for his team. Support the Team Leaderin hiring new resources if needed.
Act as thetechnical interface with the client in regards to any queriesconcerning the installation phase.
Manage thecustomer UATs.
Handle and manage down timeactivities and its procedures.
Support ourcustomers inside/outside KSA.
Investigate andidentify the root cause of theincidents.
Escalate customer satisfactionproblems to Data center Team Leader Technical Project Services ifnecessary.
Provide thirdlevel support to thetechnical Data center engineers.
Providetechnical training to new stuff and measure theircapabilities.
Responsible for personal andengineers development to meet businessrequirements.
Prepare compiles and review theProject Technical Documentations with the details of theinstallation work and submits to teamleader.
Supervise the enrichment of theknowledge basesystem.

TechnicalSkills

Indepthunderstanding of datacenter technologies including networkingstorage compute and virtualization
Systemadministration Linux Unix & Windows
Very Good experience in VMware and VMware NSX.
Very Good experience in storage and backupsolutions
Hardware implementation experienceis must
Hardware problems troubleshootingexperience is must
Deep knowledge with CiscoHyperConverged Solution (HyperFlex) is Preferred
Deep knowledge with Cisco UCS Storage Serverwith Cohesity Data Platform is Preferred
Deepknowledge with Veeam Backup and Replication solution design isPreferred.
monitor large computer networks forproblems from a central location
communicatewith the network team to track data center and network problemsuntil resolution.
Certifications in the abovetopics are preferred
Veeam Certified Engineer(VMCE)
Cisco CCIE DataCenter.

Education

Bachelorof Engineering with a specialization in Communications orComputers
